Refund Policy

  2. At CreditVeto, we are committed to providing high-quality credit repair services. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our offerings. However, due to the nature of credit repair services, we maintain the following refund policy for our clients.

  3. No Refund Policy on Services Rendered
  4. Once credit repair services have been performed, they are non-refundable. Our services include, but are not limited to, credit analysis, dispute preparation, dispute submission, agent assisted credit repair service and ongoing credit improvement strategies. Since these services involve significant time and resources, we do not offer refunds for work already completed.

  5. Monthly Subscription Fees
  6. Clients enrolled in a monthly subscription plan can cancel at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for any monthly fees already charged. If you cancel your subscription, your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion.

  7. Satisfaction Guarantee
  8. While we do not guarantee specific credit score improvements or dispute outcomes, we are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss potential resolutions.

  9. Chargebacks & Disputes
  10. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns.

  11. Exceptional Circumstances for Partial Refunds
  12. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

    • Duplicate charges.
    • Billing errors.
    • Failure to provide services due to internal system failures (not related to user action or third-party services).
